山本典史です、こんにちは。大学教員で、専門はコンピュータ化学（計算化学）です。コンピュータを使って、生体分子や機能性材料の解析に取り組んでいます。
化学の学びを身近にすること・化学の楽しさを伝えることにも興味を持っています。
I’m Nori Yamamoto, a chemist specializing in molecular simulation living in Japan. I’m working on analyzing biomolecules and functional materials based on quantum chemistry calculations and molecular dynamics simulations.
My passion is also teaching, education, and writing to share the joy of chemistry. It is to help others and create a content library to refer to whenever I want.

このサイトには、技術的な忘備録、コンピュータ化学に関わる Tips、教育・研究に取り組んでいるときに気付いたこと・思ったこと・考えたことなどなど、ちょっとしたことを書き留めた私の個人的なノートを置いています。
個人的なノートだけれど、誰かの興味・関心を刺激するかも知れないし、困りごとに対処するときの助けになることもあるかも知れないと思って、ひっそりと公開しています。
ここに置いているノートは、誰かが読むかも知れないことを少しだけ意識しているのですが、まだ書きかけだったり、内容が間違ってしまっていたり、説明が不正確・不十分である場合があります。
On this site, I keep my notes on little things, such as technical tips related to molecular simulations and some insights I noticed while working on research and education.
Although these are personal notes, I am quietly publishing them in the hope that they may stimulate someone’s interest or help them deal with some problems.
I’m aware that someone might read the notes I keep here, but they may be half-written, the content may be incorrect, or the explanation may not be entirely clear enough.
